DECK
I have installed the deck (wood, with Cyanoacrylite, some supports underneath), and painted/weathered. I started with Schiffs III dark charcoal, faded bits to a lighter gray, and then to wood, then added black oil stains and general grubbiness. It will need touch-up after the rest of the work, and probably a thin dulling wash, but it does look worn like many of the photos. The last step after the Turm and guns will be adding the open hatch covers, supplies, ropes, and crew (the fun part!)
